Under every item in the shop there's a button called "Request this piece". When clicking on it you will be sent to another page to fill out a form with your information to request the item. After this you will be sent an email with information on how to pay. When payment is received you will get an confirmation and the piece will be made to order or sent out directly if in stock.

How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time for in stock items are 1 week. For items made to order the delivery time is 4-6 weeks.

How do I clean my ceramics?
All the ceramics made for food consumption are dishwasher safe. Some decorative pieces are not food safe because of their non glazed surface and hand washing is recommended. This will be stated in the description.
